Have a read of the advice I gave to Bianca now that baby Georgi is born and she wants her body back! If you’ve just had a baby, you will be plenty busy, but following these rules you can definitely be a good parent, love being a mum AND work on your fitness!
Well, Bianca’s had her baby!! Little Georgi Summer arrived into the world weighing a healthy 3.24kg’s and 51 cm tall, luckily for Bianca it was a fairly short labour of only 11 hours from when the waters broke, with Georgi coming into the world at 1pm – and even better was that Bianca did not have too many drugs or an epidural to help her through (just a bit of gas and a drop of Morphine!) – though I think it was a pretty close call – the pain says Bianca is now just a distant memory!
I have spoken to quite a few friends & colleagues to compile this list of things/products/visits that can make a REAL difference to making your pregnancy both easier, and more enjoyable, see what you think!…
ONE : Have regular massage – ease those sore muscles, read more, press here..
One of the questions I get asked all the time is
“can I take IsoWhey while pregnant?”
The answer (unlike nearly ALL our competitors) is Yes! But this got me thinking about the number of people who are pregnant for the first time and have sooo many questions about…well, everything! – including Fitness. There is a lot of media attention these days on how JLo, Posh & Miranda get back their pre-pregnancy bodies in such a short time – and this places tremendous pressure on young mums to do the same, except without all the trappings of personal chefs and PT’s (although don’t forget with IsoWhey you do get myself and Janine as yours!).
As with a lot of things FItness, there are a lot of myths out there press here to read on…
