Week Three: I really do hope that you are keeping up with the goals you set out at the beginning of the year, but, if you haven’t…don’t worry, for a start you’re not alone, and secondly here’s a few ideas on how to get right back on that wagon..
- know what it is you want to achieve, redefine if necessary & write it all down
- Be very specific, “i will fit into my size 12 jeans by Easter”
- make a timetable for the week, for all your exercise, keep it mixed and don’t overextend yourself
It’s been a very traumatic start to the year for many Australians, and at the end of the day what we all want is to have good health but of course no one else can give it to us – it’s UP TO YOU, (with a little push from me!)
